Two Crow Ranch

The Two Crow Ranch is located in the Missouri Breaks approximately 125 miles North of Billings Montana on the Crooked Creek Road.  This ranch consists of 5000+/- deeded acres and 41290+/- leased acres (BLM, Chain Buttes grazing allotment and private land).   As a crow flies this ranch is about 12 miles north to south and 6 miles east to west. The ranch carries a wide variety of wild life including elk, mule deer, white tail deer, sharp tail grouse, sage hens, prairie dogs, trout and bass.  Yes the ranch even has a reservoir to fish in along with only being a few miles from the famous Missouri river and Fort Peck Dam.   From any point it in’t hard to see the world from Lewis and Clark’s perspective as this land is almost unchanged since they were here.  Whether you are an avid hunter or want a good producing ranch, you should take a close look at this one.  In 2008 they ran 1,800 head of yearlings from May to September with grass to spare.

The ranch is watered in the BLM by 4 wells that are powered by DC generators that pump water into 50,000 gallon bladders, from which flow to 3 &4 tanks.  In a using pasture they will run for 3 days on 55 gallons of gas.   There are approximately 30 reservoirs on the ranch, some with and without water.  There are 2 electric wells at the home place.

The listed price of the Two Crow Ranch is $3,500,000

The dark green area is the deeded ground.  The light green lines are the fences around the different pastures of the ranch.  Almost all of the fences on the ranch are 4 years old or newer.
